Sunday Lunch With Red Shrimps Curry

Hello guys

It’s Sunday 20.12.2015. I’m wondering about the kind of food I can prepare for the family of a colleague of mine. The host has a pack of shrimp that has been defrosted since yesterday. I was a bit nervous, say, if my cook doesn’t taste good though it’s not my first time cooking such an Indonesian meal since I’ve been living abroad.

To start with, I checked whether or not the ingredients I need were available. Voilà, this red shrimps curry that I was just talking about 😉 .

Ingredients:
1. Shrimps 500 grams
2. Sunflower oil
3. Garlics and onions
4. Red curry powder
5. Salt
6. Pepper
7. Coconut milk – 250 ml
8. Love

Apparently, I have all I need guys. Now the question is, how to cook it? Still curious… I bet No. You guys just curious about how it tastes huh! Haha admit it-laaah !! 😉 Well, how to cook it is very simple; first, fry the chopped garlic till they turn to brown.  Second, put the chopped onions in the frying pan, as you see the onion is cooked enough you put the washed shrimps till you see the colour changes to reddish.

What’s next? Hmmm should it be described guys? Yeah you better invite me hey?  Okay 😉

Superb Delicious of Indonesian Red Shrimps Curry

To enjoy the aforementioned food, I also cooked some rice. Without owning a rice cooker, the rice can still be well-cooked hey. Things that are seemingly impossible are possible in today’s life. You know that it’s again how to optimise the available facility without complaining about it too much.

The following salad (see the below photo) isn’t prepared by me, but the mother of my colleague. I must confess that she was very good at cooking. I will learn from her how to cook French or any European food so that I can practice when I return home.

Salad de Légumes 😉

I have seen her preparing the salad and I said to myself that I would certainly do it my own next time. It’s very simple preparation, but hey it turns out very deliciously guys. 😉

That’s our lunch menu today. Yeah I love cooking guys! You can copy paste it but cite me okay, otherwise I will sue you for the plagiarism. LOL

Cheers
